Charting Your Course
to Success
Can you imagine going to your local hardware/lumber store,
walking down the aisles, filling up your carts with fixtures,
nails, tools, shingles, paint and lumber for building
a house, then going to the checkout counter, paying, packing
and leaving?
Imagine after spending all that time and money, you then
say to yourself, "You know, I really ought to create
a blueprint that helps me make sure that all this stuff
I now own actually gets turned into a house." That
would not be very wise.
FORTUNE magazine, in an article entitled, Why Companies
Fail, put it like this:
.

|
If failure has one overarching cause
. . . it is the nearly incredible fact that senior executives
too often don't understand the fundamentals of their business.
They neglect to ask central questions, such as what precisely
is their company's core expertise, what are reasonable long-
and short-term goals, what are the key drivers of profitability
in their competitive situation.
Whether you are considering a new marketing effort, a business
expansion, a repositioning campaign or any other significant
venture, taking the time to think it through, to know the why's,
the what's, the when's and the how's is just good common sense.
All short-term decisions should be made in the light of long-term
objectives.
Remember, a thought is just a thought until it is written down.
Integrity Services Group will work with you to develop your
blueprint before you diminish your resources through premature
expenditures.
